Extra Bases combines two of my passions, baseball and teaching. I’m a graduate of Northwestern University, and I’ve taught and tutored for over 15 years after originally training with the Princeton Review. I also currently coach a little league team (shoutout to the Nighthawks) here in Brooklyn for 78 Youth Sports.
George Crawford (Counselor)
George is a rising high school Freshman and has been playing baseball since 2nd grade with the Brooklyn SFX league. Last year he was an umpire-in-training with SFX for it's younger leagues and was a counsellor for Andy with the Extra Bases summer camp in its inaugural year. George loves to work with younger children and also loves...math! George is a drummer, plays ice hockey and soccer and loves to travel. He lives in East Flatbush, Brooklyn with his sister and parents and has a cat called Ivy. Oh - he's a Mets fan!
